We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator & Marketing Specialist to give exceptional customer service to our patients while helping us stand out in our community! This is a customer facing position with the responsibility of telling our story, promoting our brand & services, and building strong relationships with patients, our community, and our referring doctors. We have a beautiful modern office, a wonderful patient family, an enthusiastic team, and a supportive and caring orthodontist dedicated to quality care.

Job Functions

  • Cheerfully greet patients, assist with check in and patient scheduling

  • Correspond with patients, parents and referring doctors

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our business

  • Building relationships with key industry players and agencies

  • Create content and lead engagement on social media platforms

  • Create and/or maintain website tools and design

  • Create and implement internal marketing ideas

Hours: 4-5 days a week (34-36 hours), weekdays only

Your Qualities

  • Passion for promotion

  • Excellent communication and relational skills

  • Personable, positive, and encouraging personality

  • Self-starter but a natural collaborator

  • Strong in graphic design skills, good content writer

  • Videography for patient testimonies, Tik Tok and educational videos

  • Social media, Adobe InDesign & Photoshop savvy

  • Hardworking and dependable with a willingness to help out/cross train in other administrative areas of the practice

  • Ideation for events and future promotions

Your Training & Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required

  • Previous experience with customer service preferred

  • Previous sales experience preferred
