JOB FUNCTIONS

Provide best-in-class patient care.

Clean and sterilize instruments within the operatory and laboratory.

Maintain current knowledge of and adherence to OSHA/HIPAA regulations.

Prepare impressions and/or models, and acquire clinical photographs and radiographs.

Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, adequately stocked, and sanitized prior to each appointment.

Accurately document all patient encounters in the patient record.

Assist with the bonding and cementation of orthodontic appliances, secure archwires, fit orthodontic bands, and anticipate the Doctor’s needs at all times.

Integrate efficiency, productivity, and patient empathy into all actions.

Cultivate caring relationships with patients and provide them with quality education.

Hours: 3-4 days per week (27-34 hours), weekdays only.

TRAINING & EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent.

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (preferred) OR

A desire and commitment to pursue the RDA license with paid on-the-job training.
