I am the proud owner and orthodontist at i smile orthodontics. I started i smile from scratch in 2013 after working as an orthodontist in New York for three and a half years. I am originally from Mason City, Iowa and I chose Cedar Falls to start my own practice because it is a great community and allows me to be close to my family.

 

I became interested in dentistry and orthodontics because of my enthusiasm for connecting with people, draw towards the arts and sciences, and love for smiling!  As I learned more about dentistry, I became passionate about helping others achieve a healthy, attractive and beautiful smile.

 

Outside of work, I keep a busy schedule between spending time with my friends and family and exploring the outdoors. I am an auntie to 12 wonderful nieces and nephews. I love cooking and entertaining for others with the help of my husband and my grandmother's china. Outside of spending quality time with my loved ones, I love attending church and being out in nature. Whether it's skiing, golfing, or growing trees, I'm always looking for ways to stay active and connect with the great outdoors.
