Starting orthodontic treatment is a big decision and it’s normal to want clarity before taking the next step. Below are answers to the most common questions families ask about our Start Smart program, treatment timing and what to expect at i smile orthodontics. When does my 30-day window start?
Your 30-day Start Smart window begins on the day of your exam. If you start treatment within that timeframe, the $200 credit is applied.
Is the exam free?
Yes! Your orthodontic exam at i smile orthodontics is complimentary. It includes a full evaluation, digital scans, and a clear treatment plan so you can make the best decision for your family.
Do I have to decide the same day as my exam?
Not at all! We want you to feel informed and confident, not rushed. Start Smart simply rewards individuals and families who choose to begin within 30 days of their exam.
Who qualifies for the Start Smart credit?
Start Smart is available to new patients who complete an exam and begin orthodontic treatment within 30 days of that initial exam.
Can the $200 credit be combined with other offers or discounts?
Yes! For example, if you have been given a military discount or family referral discount, this would be in addition to that.
Does Start Smart apply to all types of treatment?
Yes! The Start Smart credit applies to all orthodontic treatments, including traditional and LightForce braces and Invisalign. Our team will review all options with you during your exam.
What if we miss the 30-day window?
If the 30-day window passes, the Start Smart credit expires. That said, our team will still help you explore treatment options and payment plans that work for yourself or family.
